Panthera Consulting was founded by Janet Orozco Feller, a multi-time entrepreneur, operator, and capital strategist with over 25 years of experience across finance, construction, and real estate.
She has built, scaled, and exited multiple businesses, including a large-scale electrical contracting firm and national finance operations. This gives her firsthand understanding of how businesses actually run under pressure.
